| PARTICIPATION IN THE DISCUSSION BOARD IS MANDATORY. For this week’s discussion, consider the readings for Chapter 11 (Congress). Please integrate your readings with your OWN opinion for the discussion. In addition to answering my question, please respond to at least two (2) of your classmates. Thus, I expect everyone to submit at least three (3) entries in the Discussion Board for full credit. You have until Saturday, to submit your entries.
