The purpose of this assignment is to see how Hollywood portrays a historical drama. You will watch the movie “Amadeus” in class and then research the FACT vs DRAMA aspect of the movie and compile your research into a comparison paper. This assignment is a Writing Across the Curriculum assignment. Task: 1. Watch the movie Amadeus. 2. Using the attached handout as well as your own research from the internet, write a 3 page MLA Format comparison paper on the Drama vs. Fact aspects of the movie. 3. Cite your sources in a separate Works Cited page at the end of your paper. 4. Use at least 2 different resources other than the handout. (You may use the internet for your other 2 sources.) I will attach the writing assignment rubric and a fact sheet about the movie that the instructor provided. This paper will need to be 3 pages of writing plus 1 additional for work cited only.
