The purpose of literature reviews is to know what others have discovered before you begin your investigation of your own, to ground your study in a particular context of what is known about a subject in order to establish a foundation for the topic (or question) being researched. As part of preparation for your final paper, you will write a brief literature review for this assignment. Using two articles you select from the literature review section of your final paper, answer the following questions, spending roughly one page on each: Where do the authors overlap? Where do the authors differ? What do we not know from these articles? That is, what could be a “literature gap” for future study? Papers will be due on 3/3 and should be roughly 2.5 pages long in Times New Roman (or something similar). Please cite using APA and include a title page. For this assignment only, you do not need an introduction or conclusion.
