Students are expected to write a research paper for this course. In this course the student will be assigned to a “group”. To successfully complete this assignment, the group must research a particular topic that is pre-approved by the professor, and involve at least two (2) scholarly reference materials (can not be textbooks or internet based website material). A summary or synopsis of the intended topic of the paper must be submitted to the professor by the last class of week 4 for approval. This topic will explore certain areas that are covered in class. The length of the paper must be four (4) to five (5) pages for each student in the group. This does not include a cover page and/or reference page (bibliography). The format of this paper should be consistent with the APA method. Namely, it must consist of Times New Roman font, size 12 pt., and it must be double-spaced with one (1) inch margins. Citation also must be consistent with the APA method. The research paper constitutes 10% of the course work. You must include the 5W‘s : Who What When Where Why How
