. Program should target individuals exiting foster care or those that have exited but may be experiencing deficits due to lack of support. Program should foster independence through employment skills, trade, higher education, day to day life skills(such as driver’s license, obtains ID or SSN……. eligibility include clients ranging from 18-25. The program can be residential or nonresidential or residential with services available to nonresidents meeting criteria. – see attachment module 4 for other pertinent details- Introduction and annotated bibliography has been completed.
