Christian Leadership Reflection Paper Students will reflect upon course content, class discussions, and their own experience to write a 700-900word popular press essay on what Christian leaders can bring to help set direction, maintain persistence and align team performance with an organization’s mission and vision. The paper should be written in APA format. Grading is based on demonstrating the ability to express thoughtful reflection in a well written paper, graded on the following areas: Depth and Clarity of Ideas – The writing should reflect careful thought about the topic and address the stated objective. Organization and Structure – The writing should capture the thoughts of the author in a coherent manner, easily read and followed by the reader. Mechanics – The entire writing will be assessed for grammatical and mechanical errors, including spelling
