1. Document your work for all steps provided in the assignment (points will be subtracted if you do
not address some of the steps)
2. Try to justify all your conclusions and statements. Imagine you are a lawyer and you
are arguing a case in court. If you make a statement, you will have to back it up and
justify it in order for the statement to have any weight.
3. Read and re-read what you wrote. Is what you wrote clear? Try to read what you
wrote from someone else’s perspective. Have you clearly expressed in words what
you were thinking? Would your reader be able to follow your train of thought? Try
to simplify and clarify your choice of words. Use simple and suggestive notations as
necessary
