Advanced Health Informatics: Health Information Privacy, Security, And Ethics

This is an individual assignment. Please write a short paper (>2 pages not including the references) detailing your thoughts and proposed solution for a health informatics problem. Instructions: 1. Choose a topic and communicate it to your instructor. (6 Health Information Privacy, Security, and Ethics) 2. Propose a research question relevant to the chosen topic. (I have attached the questions to this order) Your proposal should include: 1) Research Topic 2) 2-3 Research Questions 3) Where will you find relevant resources/papers to review for your paper (Attached to this order) 3. Get your instructor’s confirmation on the topic and the issue. Review papers without a pre-approved plan will not be graded. (Instructor already approved topic and location of resources) 4. Perform a literature review to gain the necessary knowledge of the state-of-the-art. 5. You should review at least 10 papers/sources in your review paper 6. Propose a solution.
